Xavier/Harvard Street mural

Xavier/Harvard street mural is the first mural that I have done for Rooted in RED in Denver!  Friends suggested this wall on a Sunday and by the next Saturday I had started.  It was a great experience to hear passerbys reactions and comments.  It is amazing what a little paint on a barron wall can do!  I am extremely grateful to my friends for allowing this part of Rooted in RED to begin, it was just too perfect!

Mural madness!

I have been working on mural sketches for Rooted in RED!  I wanted to use the symbol in a way that is relatable and basic. Introducing more than just red into the mix, was a very tough decision for me, but I feel it is crucial to keep youth captivated.   Can not wait to see these on some walls around Denver very soon!

Rooted in RED goes to Detroit!

Rooted in RED went to Detroit!  Making a debut at Dally in Alley.  One way to spread the word was passing out temporary tattoos of the Rooted in RED symbol!  People loved it!
